Basically; It's just a reupload of stutterguy's sims 4 CC
But... What is it?
Some guy who made custom content for The Sims 4. His website is either shut down or on a really long hiatus. This is basically an archive of said custom content for any people who still want to download it. It contains stuff like creepypasta cc, BATIM cc, etc.
